Hello, I'm Katie, a health coach with a love for food and a strong foundation in nutrition science. I support women - especially mothers with young children - with energy, digestion, immunity, weight management and hormonal balance through practical changes that work in real life.

I work with women who are fed up with restrictive diets and unrealistic wellness plans. Together we find what is actually effective for your body, your routine and your family.

Good health doesn’t need to mean more pressure or complicated rules. It should make life feel easier, more enjoyable and more sustainable.
