Before we meet, you'll complete a detailed health questionnaire and food diary so I can build a clear picture of your lifestyle, symptoms and goals. Together, we'll explore the factors that may be influencing your health and identify where simple changes could make the biggest difference.
After the session, you'll receive a personalised action plan with practical recommendations tailored to your needs, priorities and everyday life.
Some women find that a single session gives them the direction they need. Others choose to book follow-up sessions as they put changes into practice and begin to uncover other areas of their health that may benefit from support.

Follow-up sessions provide an opportunity to review what's changed, discuss any challenges and build on the progress you've already made. They allow us to adapt your plan as needed and focus on the areas that are most important at that stage.

For women who would like ongoing support as they make meaningful changes to their health.
Over 12 weeks you will have a dedicated space to focus on your own health. We will work together to build a deeper understanding of what's influencing how you feel and focus on the areas that will have the greatest impact on your health. We might begin with one concern, such as digestion, low energy or hormonal changes, and discover that other factors like sleep, stress, nutrition or daily routines deserve attention too.
Having regular bi-weekly sessions allows us to take things one step at a time. Rather than trying to change everything at once, we'll focus on practical adjustments that fit around the realities of work, family life and everything else on your plate.
Throughout the programme, you'll have someone in your corner to answer questions, provide guidance and help you make sense of the often-conflicting advice that surrounds health. As your needs change, we'll adapt our approach, ensuring your plan continues to work for you.
